MOTOPRO Exhaust Thermal Wrap is a 10 meter black heat-insulating tape (product ID 075-96-10) made for wrapping headers, downpipes, turbo plumbing and motorcycle exhausts to reduce radiated heat, lower under-hood temperatures and protect nearby components. The wrap uses high-temperature woven fiber construction common to performance exhaust tapes, offering strong thermal insulation and improved exhaust scavenging when installed correctly. Typical 10m rolls are supplied in narrow widths for precise application and are secured with stainless-steel ties, clamps or wire; they are widely used to prevent heat damage, reduce burn risk and help control blueing of pipes during high-load operation. Installation recommendations and heat-resistance characteristics follow standard exhaust-wrap guidance for continuous and intermittent high-temperature exposure.
