The SHOEI NXR2 Prologue TC-8 Helmet features an outer shell made from AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix), providing optimal impact protection when combined with its multi-density EPS liner. The newly developed CWR-F2 visor offers a distortion-free and natural view due to its two-dimensional shape. A centrally located locking mechanism prevents unwanted visor openings. The visor can be quickly and easily changed and adjusted without tools thanks to the new mechanism. The larger Pinlock® Evo lens, with its far-rear mounting points, ensures a clear view even in challenging weather. The easily adjustable double-D ring closure secures the helmet firmly in place. In an emergency, the cheek pads can be easily removed using the EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System). Whether used for sports or touring, its lightweight design reduces neck muscle strain. The cheek pads, head pads, and chin strap pads are removable and washable, allowing for a custom fit with different pads. The helmet has cut-outs in the ear area for communication system installation. It features 6 air inlets and 4 exhaust outlets connected through an intricate internal airflow system. The closure sliders are easy to locate even while wearing gloves. The integrated rear spoiler stabilizes the helmet at higher speeds. The aerodynamic design reduces wind resistance and lift. The helmet comes standard with a clear CWR-F2 visor, with various tints and mirrored finishes available. All visors can be fitted with a Pinlock® lens. Included accessories are a Breath Guard, Chin Guard, SHOEI logo sticker, original SHOEI helmet bag, and silicone oil for visor seal and mechanism care.
