Ideal for motocross and action sports enthusiasts, this knee brace sets new standards for design and rider safety with cutting-edge features that enhance both support and protection. It maximizes stability and comfort while ensuring uncompromised performance. Crafted from high-quality military-grade carbon fiber sheets, the exclusive Prepreg Composite Carbon Frame is designed to optimize strength and reduce weight. A newly adaptable subframe allows for increased comfort by adjusting to any leg size or shape, balancing muscle movement, and distributing stress efficiently. Utilizing patented Human Motion® hinge technology, it employs Synthetic Ligaments™ to offer progressive multidirectional motion control. This includes stronger, pre-formed ligaments, an increased bend angle (ranging from 118° to 134°), a molded knee grab, clip-in hinge pads, symmetrical hinges, and enhanced joint durability. Through extensive innovation, research, and testing, POD has developed a proprietary, soft and flexible CE Level 2 certified full coverage impact system made with re((SPOᴎSE))™ viscoelastic polymer technology. This system reduces impacts, minimizes vibrations, and disperses energy across a wide temperature range. The industry-first adaptive subframe by POD captures and secures the leg while adapting to movements, reducing the risk and severity of injurious rotational forces by 54%. Two rigid composite struts extend on each side of the shin, providing traditional extension and flexion control, while an innovative flexible TPU rubber bridge allows for subframe adaptation to various leg shapes, significantly boosting comfort. HEX Grip Liners enhance comfort, minimize odor development, and secure the internal straps and clips, anchoring the brace firmly to the leg to prevent movement during activity. Benefits include odor relief, impact and vibration absorption, reduced migration through HEX Grip Design, embossed channels for air circulation and temperature management, and resistance to weather and chemicals, including splash resistance against oils and fuels.
