It now returns with a series of important updates that will make the competition even tougher. The focus was on the fit and feel of the gear on the bike, leading to redesigned cut and flex zones, and the use of lighter yet more durable materials in the pants. All these enhancements make the SPRINT Gear even more race-ready. Made from 90% Polyester/10% Spandex® fabric, these pants are both lightweight and resilient. The newly designed knee area offers a slimmer profile without compromising protection while ensuring better motion flexibility for improved pedaling. More durable stretch material in the thigh and seat areas provides additional abrasion resistance in case of falls. Optimized mesh panels along the calves improve mobility and increase ventilation. Enhanced chain rub resistance is achieved with a sonic-welded, heat-resistant patch on the right ankle area. New side waist adjusters with Velcro integrated into the waistband allow for quick and discreet fit adjustments. The zipper flap construction keeps debris and dirt out. A flat, secure TLD snap button with Velcro ensures a strong closure without added bulk. There are two strategically placed zippered pockets: one on the upper left leg and one on the lower right thigh. The tapered lower leg design keeps the pants away from chains and seat stays. This race-ready fit is designed to accommodate base layers and knee pads while ensuring maximum freedom of movement and pedal efficiency. The fabric is Bluesign® certified.
