Beneath its lightweight and robust outer shell made of Multi Composite Technology (MCT), you will find an inner shell of Dual-Density EPS. This design improves impact protection by dispersing forces over a larger surface area during a crash. The RPC helmet is equipped with the Magnetic Visor Release System™ (MVRS), which adds an extra layer of rotational management by reliably detaching from the helmet upon impact. The proven MIPS™ (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) further reduces rotational forces, providing added safety in the event of an accident. Mesh-protected ventilation ports ensure optimal air circulation while keeping dust and mud out. This arsenal of MTB helmet technology is combined with a premium interior design featuring 19 large vents (15 intake ports for fresh air and 4 exhaust ports for heat dissipation) and the moisture-wicking X-Static® premium comfort liner. The X-Static® comfort liner is removable and washable. Additionally, the helmet ensures maximum downhill and freeride performance with a stainless steel D-ring closure.
