The Stage Helmet from Troy Lee Designs can be perfectly described in just a few words: less weight, more fun! Since its debut, the Stage Helmet has redefined safety, style, comfort, and ventilation for mountain bikers. The Stage is the lightest full-face helmet in its class and combines MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System), EPP (for slow impacts), and EPS (for high-speed impacts) in a sleek package that sets the standard for mountain bike enduro helmets. The Polylite shell and the injected, EPP-lined, Polyacrilite chin bar with EXOskeleton reinforcement provide additional safety, while 11 high-flow intake vents and 14 open-core exhaust channels ensure maximum airflow in all conditions. The TLD Stage Helmet features an X-Static® comfort liner that wicks away moisture, dries quickly, and is odor-resistant (* helmet includes 2 inner pads with 13/10mm and 2 neck rolls with 25/15mm). Slim cheek pads made of Xstatic material with a super-soft inner lining ensure maximum comfort and breathability (* includes 3 sizes - 35/25/15mm). The adjustable visor (+ - 40mm), a drawstring bag with a breathable mesh inner lining, the Fidlock® buckle, and light hardware perfectly round off the overall package. This helmet's shell comprises 41% polycarbonate, 23.5% expanded polypropylene, 9.7% expanded polystyrene, 6.1% polypropylene, 3.5% Xstatic inner pads (75% polyurethane, 25% polyester), 3.2% polyurethane. It surpasses certifications: CPSC 1203, CE EN1078, ASTM F1952, ASTM F2032, and AS / NZS 2063-2008. Weight: 690 grams (size: MD/LG).
