The FOX Instinct A1 Scans LE Boot is based on new, improved lasts and offers top-notch entry comfort and excellent fit. These groundbreaking boots deliver reliable performance right out of the box and come equipped with high-performance features. The upper material made from microfiber synthetic leather provides superior comfort, fit, flexibility, and durability. TPU shin plate, toe cap, heel cap, and calf guard are designed to offer maximum protection. A sleek medial design ensures close contact with the bike, with the Ultratac™ heat shield providing exceptional grip throughout. A slim toe box allows for easy shifting and a streamlined overall profile. The comfortable Air Mesh lining treated with Microban® (antimicrobial and odor-resistant) ensures a fresh feel. A nylon-fiberglass composite cuff secures and protects the ankle. The patented Hinge Lockout System halts movement and prevents overextension. The new patented buckle closure system ensures a secure closure and perfect fit of the boot. FOX’s exclusive Ultratac™ rubber compound offers outstanding durability and unmatched grip on the outsole and lower/middle/upper heat shield. The Low-Ride chassis places the foot lower and closer to the footpeg for improved feel of the brake and shift lever. A patented nylon-fiberglass insole with anti-shock midsole and heel pad offers shock resistance, stability, and support on the footpeg. Both the rubber outsole and insole are replaceable for extended boot life.
