The SHOEI Helm GT-Air 2 Aperture TC-3 is a top-tier motorcycle helmet that combines advanced safety features with comfort and functionality. Crafted from an AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix) shell, this helmet offers exceptional impact protection through its multi-element polystyrene core system. The clear CNS-1 visor, which comes pre-installed, can be easily swapped out without tools thanks to the quick-change mechanism. For a fog-free view under adverse weather conditions, a Pinlock®Evo insert is provided with the helmet. The chin strap with micro ratchet closure is user-friendly and adjustable. In emergencies, the cheek pads can be easily removed through the EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System). Both the cheek pads, headliner, and chin strap pads are removable and washable for utmost hygiene. For a tailored fit, different thicknesses of head and cheek pads can be purchased separately. The built-in, high-quality QSV-2 sun shield is infinitely adjustable and can be optionally replaced with a yellow sun visor. The helmet is designed with ear spaces, prepared cable routing, and mounting positions for the Shoei SRL2 communication system, making installation swift and easy. To regulate temperature inside the GT-Air II, multiple air intake and exhaust vents are included. The visor locking mechanism also allows for a cracked-open position to facilitate extra airflow. An array of visors in different tints and mirrors are available for customization. The Shoei GT-Air II package includes a Pinlock®Evo lens for the CNS-1 visor, spare visor pins, a breath guard, a chin curtain, SHOEI logo stickers, an original SHOEI helmet bag, and silicone oil for visor seal and mechanism maintenance.
