The Misano 3 Perf. D-air® features the D-air® RACING SHIELD 3X system with a comfortable Racing Shield-Airbag, distinguished by its patented microfilament technology and supporting up to three activations. This system covers the neck, collarbone, and shoulder areas and can be recharged by independently replacing the latest generation gas generator. For maximum ergonomics and comfort, the suit incorporates the Veloce Racing Neck system, which reduces pressure on the neck while enhancing freedom of movement, Pro-Armor protectors on the shoulders, and soft inserts at the hips. The cuffs are equipped with self-locking zippers that replace traditional Velcro closures. Additionally, the Soft Edges Construction system at the neck and cuffs allows adjustment to all arm shapes and lengths, ensuring fantastic comfort. All closures are made of soft, abrasion-resistant fabric that is both comfortable and durable. The aluminum plates on the knees, shoulders, and elbows – an iconic Dainese feature – are designed to facilitate sliding in the event of an accident. Thanks to the Replaceable Slider System (RSS), it is possible to change the knee slider without altering the position of the base attached to the suit’s Velcro. The elbow sliders can be easily adjusted to two predefined positions, depending on preference and achieved lean angle. Safety is combined with thermal comfort, guaranteed by the perforated fabric on both sides of the suit and larger ventilation areas at critical points. The In- and Out-Boot system allows the boots to be worn both under and over the suit, providing protection for the foot and ankle.
