The Spartan from Shark is an exceptionally lightweight helmet made from a fiberglass shell with aggressive spoilers for increased dynamics at higher speeds. Shark uses Computational Fluid Dynamics to develop a helmet shell with optimal aerodynamics. The large air intakes in the chin area and on top of the helmet allow cool air in, while warm air is expelled through the Venturi effect of the double rear spoilers. The optimization of the Spartan in terms of weight and volume significantly reduces neck strain, especially beneficial for long rides. The helmet shell is made of fiberglass and multiple densities of EPS. The visor has an anti-scratch coating and an internal, retractable sun visor. Additionally, the Autoseal visor system provides excellent noise and weather protection. Shark's side covers and integrated chin guard reduce noise levels. The Easyfit system makes this full-face helmet ideal for riders who wear glasses. It is also compatible with Sharktooth®, Shark's integrated communication system.
