The SHOEI GT-Air 2 Aperture TC-6 helmet features an AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix) shell coupled with a multi-element polystyrene core system to provide optimal impact protection. The standard clear CNS-1 visor can be replaced without tools thanks to a quick-change mechanism. The Pinlock® Evo lens, included with the helmet, ensures clear visibility even under adverse weather conditions. The helmet includes an easy-to-use and adjustable chin strap with micrometric ratchet closure. Emergency Quick Release System (EQRS)-enabled cheek pads can be easily removed in emergency situations. The cheek pads, head liner, and chin strap pads are removable and washable, and can be purchased in various thicknesses for a tailored fit. The integrated high-quality QSV-2 sun shield is infinitely adjustable and can optionally be swapped for a yellow sun shield. Built-in ear space and pre-fitted cable routing and mount points enable quick and simple installation of the Shoei SRL2 communication system. Multiple intake and exhaust vents help regulate the temperature inside the GT-Air II helmet. The visor locking mechanism allows for a narrow visor opening, providing extra airflow. Additionally, visors in a variety of tints and mirrors are available separately. The SHOEI GT-Air II package includes a Pinlock® Evo lens for the CNS-1 visor, spare pins, a breath guard, a chin curtain, SHOEI logo stickers, original SHOEI helmet bag, and silicone oil for the visor seal and mechanism maintenance.
