The Crossfire collection has evolved once again. The SIDI Crossfire 3 SRS Boot has been completely redesigned, with only the proven SIDI Cam Lock buckles and straps carried over from the Crossfire 2 SRS Boot. The inner gaiter now has a larger circumference than that of the Crossfire 2, accommodating a broader range of calf sizes and ensuring the rider's lower leg is securely enclosed regardless of the knee protector system used. On the upper inside of the gaiter, there is a heat protection grip panel made of suede for maximum grip. The revised Dual Flex ankle support prevents movements beyond anatomical limits, which could lead to injuries, while not restricting mobility during normal shifting and braking. The SIDI Crossfire 3 SRS Boot is probably the most durable and maintenance-friendly motocross boot on the market—its design uses replaceable parts instead of seams, so virtually every part can be replaced, season after season. New ankle pivot system developed to create a hard limit for foot/ankle hyperextension. The new footbed design is more sculpted and thicker, allowing the rider’s foot to rest deeper in the sole. The new Dovetail SR anti-slip rubber sole covers the heel area of the sole and can be replaced with hand tools. The toe and heel areas on the Dovetail SR sole are now a solid part. Coated Technomicro base material is used in all areas, featuring a sleek, cool non-bootie design. The calf plate system has an internal dual adjustment that expands to accommodate the largest calf or knee protector system. The nylon insole has an inner heat shield made of grippy material. The footbed is removable. The toe area is coated with protective plastic. A new rigid, impact-resistant, anatomically shaped heel holds the rider's foot firmly, preventing twisting while offering extra protection; it is also replaceable and slim. All buckles move independently, with only one fixed point (via a screw), which allows for effortless closure. The buckles can adapt to the rider's position as they rotate around the fixing screw when the rider changes position on the bike. The lower buckle protection devices prevent opening during an impact. The central strap system can be entirely replaced and is available in two sizes. The foot area is lined with abrasion-resistant Cambrelle for added comfort, while the upper material is lined with Teflon mesh, preventing the absorption of water and sweat entirely. These materials prevent water or sweat from settling inside the boot. The shoe dries quickly, and pre-treatment also prevents the formation of mold. All components are replaceable.
