The TLD MTB Helmet D3 Fiberlite Mono by TROY LEE DESIGNS is equipped with a lightweight fiberglass shell construction, weighing approximately 1,225 grams. It features an outer shell that is composed of 90% fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) and 10% Kevlar® (Aramid). The helmet is designed with 20 high-flow intake openings and 6 exhaust openings for optimal ventilation. It includes 3D cheek pads and a removable and washable inner lining for enhanced comfort and hygiene. This helmet surpasses several certification standards including CPSC 1203, CE EN 1078: 2002 + A1: 2012, ASTM F1952-15, ASTM F2032-15, and ASTM F2040-11.
