Durable and abrasion-resistant stretch material is used in the thigh and seat areas, while optimized mesh inserts along the calves enhance range of motion and increase ventilation. The redesigned knee area is slimmer without sacrificing protection, allowing for unrestricted movement and effective pedaling. Despite its race fit, there is enough room for base layers and knee protectors. The tapered calf design prevents the shorts from catching on the bike chain, and an ultra-sonic welded, heat-resistant patch offers extra protection against chain friction. For optimal fit, the shorts feature side waist adjusters with Velcro closures for quick and easy adjustment, and an inner silicone print keeps the jersey securely tucked into the shorts.
