The Stage helmet from Troy Lee Designs can be summed up perfectly with just a few words: less weight, more fun! Since its debut, the Stage helmet has redefined safety, style, comfort, and ventilation for mountain bikers. This helmet is the lightest full-face helmet in its class, combining MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System), EPP (for slow impacts), and EPS (for high-speed impacts) in a sleek package that sets the standard for mountain bike enduro helmets. The Polylite shell and the injected, EPP-lined, polyacrilite chin bar with EXOskeleton reinforcement provide extra safety while 11 high-flow intake ports and 14 open-core exhaust channels guarantee maximum airflow in all conditions. The TLD Stage Helmet features an X-Static® comfort liner that wicks moisture, dries quickly, and is anti-odor (* includes 2 interior pads with 13/10mm and 2 neck rolls with 25/15mm). Slim cheek pads made of Xstatic material with an ultra-soft inside ensure maximum comfort and breathability (* includes 3 sizes - 35/25/15mm). The adjustable visor (+ - 40mm), a drawstring bag with a breathable mesh inner lining, the Fidlock® buckle, and the lightweight hardware perfectly round out the total package. 41% Polycarbonate, 23.5% Expanded Polypropylene, 9.7% Expanded Polystyrene, 6.1% Polypropylene, 3.5% Xstatic inner padding (75% Polyurethane, 25% Polyester), 3.2% Polyurethane.
