The SHOEI GT-Air 2 is a sporty touring helmet that stands out due to its comfortable fit, efficient ventilation, and excellent aerodynamics. It merges safety with comfort, featuring an integrated sun visor that ensures optimal visibility under varying light conditions. The stainless steel micro ratchet buckle allows for quick and comfortable chin strap closure. The optionally available SRL-2 communication system by SENA enables seamless information and entertainment during rides. The outer shell, made from AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix), combined with multiple elements and a polystyrene core system, provides ideal impact protection. The clear CNS-1 visor offers a wide field of view and can be quickly swapped without tools. The PINLOCK®EVO anti-fog shield ensures clear vision even in adverse weather conditions. The chin strap, equipped with a micro ratchet buckle, is easy to adjust and comfortable to operate. In emergencies, the cheek pads can be safely removed using the EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System) for a gentle helmet removal. The helmet's relatively light weight reduces fatigue and relieves neck muscles. Efficient ventilation is achieved through contoured head padding, 3D cheek pads, and removable, washable chin strap padding. Ear pads in the ear area effectively dampen noise. The QSV-2 sun shield is continuously retractable and has been enlarged compared to previous models. Cable guides and mounting positions for the optional SRL 2 communication system from SENA are prepped in the ear area. Exhaust outlets and ventilation inlets help reduce humidity and temperature inside the helmet. The revised visor ratcheting system allows for a slight opening in the first notch, providing an extra breath of fresh air. The aerodynamic performance is enhanced by an integrated spoiler. The helmet also includes a PINLOCK®EVO shield with matching pins, a breath guard, and a chin curtain. ECE 22.05 compliant.
